We have received many complaints that your deliveries are stuck at the airline and have not been forwarded. We are sincerely sorry about this, but as a small company we have no influence on how and when China Post delivers our shipments. At this time of year, with 11/11 and Black Friday, there are unfortunately always immense delays.

 

We have also received complaints that our V2 card is not compatible with the Vodafone DE profile. Unfortunately, this is also true and the V2S version has been remedied. All cards delivered from December 3rd, 2024 are V2S cards, all others can be updated online soon.

 

If your card arrives before this update option and you really need to install a Vodafone DE profile, please contact us by email with your tracking number and we will issue you a personal $20 coupon that you can use to order a new V2S card.

 

But I appeal to your conscience, only do this if it is really urgent, because we are suffering enormous losses. If you can wait until the online update is completed, then you will be helping us enormously.

      The words on the card are all V2, and all shipments after December 3rd are the latest version of V2S, which is the naming we use internally to distinguish
