Hello. Order number #2689. I received package today, installed your 9esim Eazyeuicc app from link above, but the Bluetooth reader does not work. Only red light and nothing works. I cannot use or write eSim on 9esim, it is completely unusable and does not work. I do not understand. I asked support before ordering this and they said that it will work with their app, however this does not work. I have not seen any mentions of WeChat before – obviously I cannot use WeChat as I am in Europe. I tried it on my two phones, but it simply does not work. I need your help. Thank you.

My 9eSIM SIM Card arrived today, but I am unable to use my PC Wifi (set at 5Ghz, not 2.4Ghz) to input the data from WeChat software on the PC.
I also do not have your Blutooth Card reader.
Considering the restrictions, I ran the 9eSIM PCSC Check software, but of course this indicated no smart card reader was connected.
If I order your PCSC Card reader, how can I get around the Wifi limit requiring 2.4Ghz when my broadband frequencies are all 5Ghz fiber optic cable?
I cannot use the 9eSIM Card until this issue is resolved.

I chose my Unihertz Tank 3 Pro and not the Doogee V30T for the 9eSIM Card installation, as I have ANOTHER eSIM removable card installed on the V30T.
The EasyEUICC app recognized the 9ber card in the Tank 3 Pro after a reboot and I have downloaded a travel provider eSIM plan from Nomad for testing, which seems to work fine.
However, I received the Blue Tooth Reader today, but do not have WeChat installed on the phone, so could not test it (though it appears to not be compatible with Android), even though I downloaded the new app-release 20.1MB apk you have just designed.
Can you confirm if the Reader is unnecessary on Android 14 in this case?
